I worked with Church Cowley School in Oxford alongside scientist Jonathan Ramsey on a project celebrating low carbon living. Unfortunately all of my photos seem to have been lost on an old computer but the two classes collected rubbish for several weeks. We piled it all up in the classroom so we could see how much waste had been generated in such a short time. Meanwhile, Jonathan had been teaching the students about ecology and with myself, they turned all of these waste objects into the creatures they had found and learned about with Jonathan. If I ever find the photos I will add them here! There was an amazing articulated woodlouse!
